Werner Auch, the grandson of MAGURA's founder Gustav Magenwirth, joined the family company in 1976 after completing his business studies. Taking on the role of managing director, he supported strategic decisions alongside Martha Munz-Magenwirth until 2006. With 40 years of dedicated service, Werner Auch currently serves as the chairman of the advisory board and the stakeholder committee at MAGENWIRTH Technologies Holding.

Fabian Auch, the great-grandson of Gustav Magenwirth and Werner Auch's son, became part of the group in 2011. After earning a degree in business studies, he initially worked in sales controlling at MAGURA. Progressing to become a member of the management at MAGURA Bike Parts in 2013, he assumed the role of commercial management at sister company bebro in 2016. Since July 2018, Fabian Auch has been managing stakeholder at the MAGENWIRTH Technologies holding.
