Warranty Claim

FanatykCo will happily help our customers to resolve issues with product that is damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect. All warranties related to a manufacturers defect must be approved by the manufacturer before a replacement or repaired product is provided.

Every manufacturer operates under their own warranty procedure and time frame. Most manufacturers will provide warranty coverage for product issues related to a manufacturer defect within the first year from the date of purchase, with proof of receipt or invoice. 

Please be aware that warranty does not cover product issues resulting from impact, misuse, abuse, or neglect. This includes cosmetic issues, top sheet damage. Manufacturer defects are considered to be issues related to the structural integrity of the product. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the warranty claim product back to FanatykCo in Whistler, B.C. We will cover the cost of sending the product to the manufacturer and returning any possible warranty replacement or repair to the customer.

Please be aware that some products are required to be sent to a manufacturer for a warranty inspection and are not guaranteed to receive a replacement. FanatykCo is not responsible for the manufacturers decision in a warranty claim.

For any warranty claim, please contact [email protected] and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos clearly indicating the product issue. Please be aware that all warranties are for repair, replacement, or in-store/online credit. There are NO REFUNDS offered on warranty products.
