Free ground shipping on all orders over $100 CAD. 

Less than $100 Flat rate $15

Canada Post ground shipping only.

We can only ship to Canadian addresses. Make sure to include your Post Office Box # if it is required to receive Canada Post.

Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your location. 

International Shipping - Not Available

Local delivery not available. In-store pickup available for local orders.

Shipping costs are determined by a flat rate relative the item weight and delivery province. 

Canada Post ground shipping and service is available for all orders. 

Processing times are generally 24-48hrs before providing order to shipping service. 

Returns Policy


You may return most new, unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

All bike sales are final, no returns allowed. 

Ski boots purchased online are not subject to Fanatyk.Co Boot Fit Gaurantee, or return once used.  Return policy remains 30 days for un-used ski boots.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
